Dear Toy Run Participant:
This is your application for a vendor spot at this year’s Toy Run.
We do not provide tents, tables or electricity. If electric is required, you must provide your own generator. Receipt of your payment for the amount indicated below will reserve your space.
10'x10' vendor space for $200, includes 2 Vendor Parking Passes/3 Vendor Wristbands
Check in/set up will begin on Friday, December 8th from 9am until dark, and Saturday, December 9th from 7am until 4pm. Vendor location will be determined at check-in on Friday and Saturday.
Location is on a “first come/first served” basis. Once you arrive at Markham Park, you must see me first to be assigned your location and receive your vendor parking passes and wristbands. If you require additional vendor wristbands, the cost is $10/per person and can be purchased at check in. No personal or business checks will be accepted at registration for additional bands, or additional space. Cash only.
